The quality control process at Rad Aliaj Kavir is divided into three main stages:
• Raw Material Inspection

Raw Material Inspection
The Quality Control Department inspects all incoming raw materials, including aluminum ingots, alloying additives, packaging materials, pallets, and other supplies upon arrival at the facility. Relevant tests and inspections are carried out in accordance with international standards to ensure full compliance with the company’s quality requirements and specifications. This process guarantees that only approved materials meeting the highest quality standards enter the production cycle.
In-Process Inspection
Rad Aliaj Kavir ensures effective in-process quality monitoring through the implementation of quality control inspection stations throughout its production facilities.
The Quality Control Department maintains full supervision over all manufacturing processes, including aluminum rod production and wire drawing operations. Equipped with dedicated inspection stations and advanced laboratory instruments, the department continuously monitors every stage of production with the highest level of accuracy and precision, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with technical specifications.
Final Product Inspection
In addition to the inspections and tests conducted during production, the finished products undergo a final series of comprehensive examinations and quality assessments. Upon successful completion of all required tests, the Quality Control Department issues the final approval for product release and shipment to the market.
